Our thoughts aren’t without consequence. With every thought that makes you feel uncomfortable, there’s another layer of work waiting to be dismantled – because you don’t need to continue living with the same thoughts and beliefs you’ve always had.

The Quiet Within
The Quiet Within
When you have competing demands from external sources, it’s easier for your internal voice to get drowned out in the process. The one that keeps telling you you need to slow down and take some time for yourself. The one that reminds you you’re not invincible. The one that reminds you to take care of your health first.

Always My Home
Can you look beyond the frustration, the tightness and the overwhelm that’s formed in your mind? Can you let your thoughts melt away and focus on moving your body? Always come home to your body. You can completely change how you’re feeling with one workout. That’s all it takes. When you move your body, you can think clearer and feel renewed. When you do this, you’ve shifted your focus from the internal chatter and endless to do list to moving the energy that wasn’t for your highest good.

Attracting What's Next
How would it feel if you allowed joy to come to you? Instead of chasing, how would it feel if you attracted those big, deep desires you have? How would it feel to go with the flow and be buoyed by the things that bring you joy? These are some of the questions I’ve been considering over the last few weeks. While my goals and guiding word for the year have taken some time to fully form, I haven’t put pressure on myself to have these locked in. Everything always happens exactly when it should. I have full faith in this! With that, I’m placing less of my attention on chasing and more on attracting what’s next. Goals are vital, but what if I didn’t have to work as hard to achieve them? What if I placed less pressure on myself to achieve - instead allowing things to effortlessly come to me? There's always magic in alignment! This mindset switch means I’m changing my beliefs around needing to work at full throttle to achieve my goals. Being fully committed is something I take seriously – but joy, fun and ease are equally as important. Last year was a big year for achieving my goals, and while there’s always another mountain to climb, this year I’m choosing to enjoy the process and the outcome with a lot more ease.I’d love to know in the comments which mindset shifts you’ll be focusing on this year.
