What is your Returns Policy?
Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds on orders due to change of mind. We can offer an exchange or online credit for change of mind purchases so long as:
- The order is returned within 14 days of purchase
- The item is in its original condition
- The item is not used or damaged or use
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Help! My order arrived damaged.
Oh, no! We understand that sometimes parcels can arrive damaged due to transit, and we’re happy to replace orders if this is the case. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Who pays return shipping costs on exchanges?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking service as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned order.
I’ve forgotten to collect my order from the Post Office.
If your order remains uncollected the Post Office for an extended period, it may be shipped back to us. If you’d like your order reshipped, please be aware that you’ll be required to pay the shipping cost.
