What type of paper quality do you use?
We print on FSC certified 300gsm premium grade paper stock, which has a beautifully natural, yet luxurious, appearance. Milled using pulp from sustainable and managed forests, our paper stock of choice is FSC certified.

Can I choose a different colour or size for my print?
Soul Whispers currently only offers prints in A4 (210x297mm) in blush. We’re open to producing different sized prints and we’d love to hear if you’d like more sizes. We will explore different paper stock for future collections, so keep an eye on our newsletter and on our social media channels where we’ll be sharing updates bon new collections.

When will you release another collection?
We’d love to release a new collection each season, along with extra special limited edition prints. We will keep you updated with sneak peeks and launch dates, so make sure you’ve signed up to our newsletter to be one of the first ones to know!

Will your print collections be available ongoing?
There will be a signature collection of bestsellers always available online, but if you see something you love, purchase it while you can as we can’t guarantee it’ll be included in the signature collection!

 

Gifting

How do I purchase a gift card?
Navigate to the “Gift Cards” tab on our page and select the amount you’d like to gift. Your recipient will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at the checkout to redeem its value.

Can I customise the amount for a gift card purchase?
We’re unable to issue custom denominations as these are pre-set by our e-commerce platform. 

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, providing there is an outstanding balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes, you’re able to redeem multiple gift cards during checkout process. 

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a valid form of payment and can be used together with a discount code.

How long are gift cards valid?
In accordance with consumer law, gift cards are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue.

 

Sustainability

Are your prints sustainably produced?
Milled using pulp from sustainable and managed forests, the paper stock we have chosen is FSC certified at the mill. Our supplier also ships packages using 100% Post-Consumer Waste (PCW) paper and 100% recycled newspaper as void fill…it all counts!

Is your packaging sustainable?
We’ve considered sustainability in our decision-making for the packaging of our prints and have worked with different suppliers to achieve this. Soul Whispers stickers are made from FSC certified paper and printed using soy-based inks. They’re also 100% compostable. Our postcards are printed using FSC Mix paper stock, making them compostable as well. The boxboard backing on each print is made from 100% recycled fibre PCW.

Is your shipping method sustainable?
Our shipping partner offers carbon neutral shipping, by “offsetting” the emissions through supporting projects that reduce emissions such as restoring endangered rainforest habitats and providing clean water access for African communities.
