A Different Outcome

It’s easy to forget about your insecurities when you’ve worked through layers of them before. It’s harder to continue working through them – including stepping back to understand how they formed initially.
 
Our thoughts aren’t without consequence. With every thought that makes you feel uncomfortable, there’s another layer of work waiting to be dismantled – because you don’t need to continue living with the same thoughts and beliefs you’ve always had.
 
You have the power to change them. You owe it to yourself to change them – no matter uncomfortable they make you feel. You deserve to feel differently. You deserve to feel open, whole and complete. Most of all, you deserve to feel loved in your inner world.
 
A reminder that when the inner work gets hard, remember why you’re working to change your beliefs – because you want a different outcome this time.
