Fuel Your Dreams

What are you giving oxygen to? Are you fuelling your fears or your dreams? Where is your energy focused? How can you redirect your focus to the things that light you up and make you feel expansive and creative? What do you need to do to get yourself into that mindset? How can you start now?
 
As I begin my next 8-week fitness and nutrition challenge, these are the questions that have come up for me this week. Your mindset and energy are so important! Everything stems from these factors and if you’re not a great mindset to begin with, your energy will follow the same pattern.

The feelings you get from dreaming about the future? Those goals you want to crush? The fire in your belly at thought of making your dreams happen? The only way you’ll get there is if you believe you can…and let me remind you, you can. You absolutely can. Your mind will believe what you tell it. Choose to believe YOU CAN.

Try talking yourself into it, more than talking yourself out if it. The scary and hard things will pay dividends long-term. Your comfort zone will be pushed, your dreams will be your reality and you’ll be all the better for it.
 
It’s time to give more oxygen to your dreams – you’re already set to reach the stars.
