Everything is Energy

Everything is energy. That includes you. What type of energy are you bringing to each environment you enter? Is it happiness, a sense of calm and peace – or are you rushing and bringing frantic energy to those around you? It’s paramount to have an outlet for your energy. I know what it's like to have the frustration is rising to the surface because you haven’t channelled your energy elsewhere.
 
Can you see how easily your energy can be transferred to others? It’s important to process your emotions, but how can you be more mindful of doing it in a way that doesn’t get ‘dumped’ on other people? Maybe it’s asking if they can listen to you venting right now – because sometimes you just need to be heard. (It’s so important to have a space where your voice is heard). Maybe it’s getting your thoughts out of your mind and writing in your journal. Maybe it’s going for a run to clear your mind and your heart. Maybe it’s listening to solfeggio frequencies to calm your nervous system. Let your intuition guide you here, you know what’s best for you. Always.
 
Give yourself what you need, but be mindful of what you’re sharing with others in the process of feeling your emotions. Everything is energy.
